Websites for recruitment agencies
Recruitment website design for new and small agencies: current jobs, a quick way to send a CV and a clear pitch to employers. Email me new roles and I'll add them.

The short answer
A recruitment website with a job board fed live from your CRM typically costs several thousand pounds up front from a specialist agency, plus monthly hosting and support. A new or small agency often doesn't need that yet. Ours start at £49 a month with no upfront fee: a professional site with current jobs, CV upload and employer pages, live within 1 working day of your answers. No contract.

Four things I put on every recruitment website, because candidates and clients both look for them.
Current jobs near the top of the home page with title, location, salary and contract type, so candidates see live roles straight away.
A “Send your CV” button in the header and a short quick-apply form. Long registration forms lose candidates on mobile.
Each side gets its own route: jobs and advice for candidates, your process and terms for employers.
Named sectors and towns, so candidates and clients can tell straight away if you are the right agency for them.
A recruitment website has two jobs that pull in different directions. Candidates want to see live roles, apply in a minute from their phone and know someone will get back to them. Employers want to see that you understand their sector, have good people on your books and will save them time.
Most small agency sites let one side down. Either they're a job list with no reason for an employer to call, or a polished sales pitch with two jobs from last spring. The fix is a clear split from the home page, “I'm looking for work” and “I'm hiring”, each with its own pages, form and proof.
Most candidates will first see your roles on job boards or LinkedIn. Your own site is where they, and the employers you pitch to, check you're credible before they commit, so it has to look current.
The pages and features a small agency actually needs. Send me the details and I'll write them up.
Title, location, salary or rate, permanent or temporary, and a short description. Take filled roles down promptly.
Name, contact details, the role and a CV. Nothing more until you've spoken.
The sectors and roles you cover, how you screen candidates, your process and a form to brief you on a vacancy.
REC or APSCo membership if you hold it, and a privacy notice explaining how you handle and keep CVs.
How quickly you reply and what the next steps are. Only promise what you'll actually do.
Reviews from placed candidates and hiring managers, plus the kinds of roles you've filled.
The live recruitment template splits job seekers and employers from the first screen, with current jobs near the top. Type your agency's name at the top of the page to see it filled in.

If you're posting dozens of roles a week, or want candidate logins and job alerts, you need a job board fed live from your CRM, and a specialist is worth paying for. If you have a handful of live roles and need to look established, we're the lighter, cheaper option, and you can cancel any month if you outgrow us.
Pick recruitment agency and type your agency name. About a minute, no card needed.
Sectors, locations, current roles, how you work with employers and any testimonials.
Candidate and employer pages, job listings and forms, all checked on phones.
It goes live within 1 working day of your answers. After that, email or WhatsApp me new roles and I'll add them.
Candidates search job boards and Google's own job listings far more than they search agency websites, so don't expect your site to replace them. Where search helps a small agency is by place and specialism: “recruitment agency in Warrington”, “construction recruitment Cheshire”, “temp agency near me”.
Growth includes a Google Business Profile, which matters for “near me” searches, plus local SEO. Pro adds up to 10 pages, enough for a page per sector or area you recruit in. I won't promise rankings. I'll give you a site with the right foundations.

I only publish genuine reviews, and MonthlySite's first ones are on their way. Until then, here's my promise: you'll deal with me, and I'll reply within one working day.

Yes. On our plans, jobs are listed as simple entries that I add and remove when you email me. If your CRM offers a jobs widget or feed you can embed, I can usually add that instead, so roles update automatically. Tell me which CRM you use and I'll check.
Yes. The application form takes a CV along with the candidate's name, contact details and the role they're interested in, and sends it to your inbox. You'll need a privacy notice explaining how you store and use CVs and how long you keep them, and I'll put yours on the site.
On Growth and Pro, adding and removing roles counts as small edits, within fair use, and Pro's edits are made within 48 hours. Starter includes 1 change a month, which won't suit most agencies. If you post several new roles a day, a CRM-fed job board will suit you better.
Current jobs with salary, location and contract type, a quick apply form with CV upload, a page for employers explaining how you work, the sectors and areas you cover, your memberships, and reviews from candidates and clients. Keep it simple enough that it's always up to date.
Yes. The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 cover job adverts, including showing your agency's full name and whether you're acting as an agency or an employment business, and the Equality Act 2010 applies to the wording. Check the current guidance from the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.
Yes. There's no contract, so you can cancel any month. Your domain is registered in your name and you keep your text and photos, so moving to a CRM-fed website later is straightforward.
Pick your trade, add your business name and see it on a laptop and a phone. If you like it, plans start at £49 a month with no contract.
