Is there really no contract?

Plans are month to month. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

Your plan stops at the end of the month you cancel in. You keep your domain name, your text and your photos. The design and hosting are part of the plan, but you can buy the site outright if you'd like to keep it.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Your first monthly payment starts your build.

How long does it take?

Your website goes live within 1 working day of your answers to a few quick questions about your business. If anything will take longer, like moving a domain from another company, I'll tell you straight away.

Can I make changes later?

Yes. Email me what you need and I'll sort it. Starter includes 1 change a month, and Growth and Pro include unlimited small edits. Pro gets priority edits within 48 hours.

Will my website show up on Google?

Every site is fast, works on phones and is built with proper page titles and structure. Growth and Pro add Google Business Profile setup and local SEO for your area. Nobody can honestly promise you a top ranking, and I won't.

I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?

Yes. I'll rebuild it properly and point your domain at the new site, so nothing breaks for your customers.

Do I own my domain name?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and one standard .co.uk, .uk or .com domain is included in every plan for as long as you stay on it. If you cancel, you keep it and the yearly renewal becomes yours.
