Paying monthly only works if leaving is easy. So it is.
I need changes
WhatsApp or email me what you need. Changes are included in every plan, and Pro gets priority edits within 48 hours.
I don't like the design
You see your preview before you pay, and you review the whole site before it goes live, so there is time to change anything you are not keen on.
I already have a domain
Keep it. I'll point it at your new website for you, and it stays registered in your name. If you don't have one, a standard domain is included.

Is there really no contract?
Plans are month to month. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Your first monthly payment starts your build.
Do your prices include VAT?
The prices you see are what you pay. Nothing gets added at the checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stops at the end of the month you cancel in. You keep your domain name, your text and your photos. The design and hosting are part of the plan, but you can buy the site outright if you'd like to keep it.
How does paying yearly work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free. A yearly plan runs for the year you've paid for, and if you cancel it simply doesn't renew. If something goes wrong part-way through the year, email me and we'll agree something fair.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Growth and Pro whenever you like. Email me and I'll switch it over, and your new price starts from your next payment.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and one standard .co.uk, .uk or .com domain is included in every plan for as long as you stay on it. If you cancel, you keep it and the yearly renewal becomes yours. If you already have one, I'll point it at your new website for you.
What counts as a change?
Things like new prices, opening hours, photos, a new service or a paragraph of text. Starter includes 1 a month, Growth and Pro include unlimited small edits, and Pro edits are done within 48 hours. If you ask for something bigger, like a whole new page, I'll tell you before I start if it's outside your plan.
